Refund after logo initial options only
If you are not happy with the first set of logo options we send you -you can ask for a refund minus a processing charge of $50. This refund can only be availed of after you receive the initial logo options from us. It will not be possible to provide a refund once the project goes into the second round or further into the process.
Refunds only in case of an exclusive contract
The Money Back Guarantee assumes you have contracted with us exclusively for your project. If you have signed up with another design company as well, this guarantee will not be valid.
No refund after design approval
A refund will not be applicable if you have already approved a logo.
Response required within 3 months
The Money Back Guarantee is only valid if you respond within 3 months after receiving the initial logo concepts. If the refund is asked for after this period, it will not hold. |
