Selecting a Logo Package
The first step in the logo design process is selecting a logo package appropriate to your requirements and budget. We offer 8 well thought out packages which offer a range wide enough for most needs. You can choose to have logo only packages or opt to have a higher value combo package including logo and/or website and brochure. |

Filling up the creative brief
After you select a package you will be taken to a form asking for information about your logo requirements and your personal details. Please do fill in all details as comprehensively as possible. The more details our designers have about the structure and feel of the logo and your business, the easier it is for the designer to create a logo for you that really works -
a logo that you will love and use for many years. Also let us know what you think your logo concept ought to portray, urls of logos you like etc. Do fill up the ‘Comments’ field with any extra information you may wish to add. After filling up the brief you will be taken to the Payment page where you can fill in your credit card information for purchasing the
logo package.
Other design collateral: If you have other design collateral in your selected package, our business representative will get in touch with you to collect information about the project. Typically we start and finish the logo first and then go on to design other collateral. |

Receiving, reviewing and giving feedback on initial logo design options
Once the transaction is done, you can expect your initial logo options within 3 business days. According to the package selected, you will be sent the requisite number of logo options worked on by the specified number of designers. If you feel we are proceeding in the right direction, you can select one or two logos for modification according to your feedback. Please send us detailed feedback about the changes you would like to see and we will send you the changes usually within 2 business days. |

Feedback and subsequent revisions
Usually it doesn’t take more than 2 revision rounds for our clients to finalize a logo. But if more changes are required we will do them cheerfully- after all your satisfaction is paramount! Unlimited revisions is a promise we always stand by. |

Getting your final logo files
Once you approve of a logo iteration, we will send you the final files through email. These will consist of an EPS file (vector), PDF, JPG, GIF and PNG. The EPS, PNG and GIF will have transparent backgrounds. The EPS file can be used in high resolution printing. It can be scaled down or enlarged to any size without loss of resolution while GIF, JPG, and PNG can be used for Web. If you need other design collateral like brochures, websites, labels, flyers, banners etc. our designers can give you some great designs.

Brochure / Website part of your package? If a brochure or website is part of your package you selected, we will proceed in a similar fashion. Our representative will get in touch with you for the required information, after which we will send you a design concept on which you send feedback. You receive revisions from us till you are satisfied. Your final files for brochures are likely to be in EPS and PDF formats while for the website, we will hand you the html files. If required, we will send you additional file formats for your logo at no extra cost. |
