Payment and Billing
Customer can make payment at our website through any of the following methods:
- Payment through Credit Card
Payment at LogoChefs can be made through Credit Cards. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diner Club and Visa Electron for online, phone and fax orders.
Revision cycles
Revision cycles generally consist of 3-5 additional compositions that incorporate changes requested by the client in the Revision Brief. The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the client. The client may request significant changes in the 1st and 2nd cycles, and the Responses might be quite different in nature from the original composition chosen. By the 3rd revision request, Client's requests shall be modifications of the current composition only. Revision requests that depart from the current composition will be honored and completed in the same timely manner, however LogoChefs reserves the right to charge $50 for each Revision which is different from the initial concept. No revision work, which requires payment, will be started without authorization from Client.
Overtime and rushed orders
If you want a quick turnaround time of 1 business day for your logo, we will charge $100 in addition to the package that you choose.
Refunds
We at LogoChefs offer complete money back guarantee for the convenience of our clients. Our money-back guarantee comes alive the moment you place an order with us. After you have received the logo that you have ordered, you have the option to choose or not to choose. The decision is solely yours. In case, you find the logo options discrepant with the instruction that you have provided, you reserve the right to disapprove it and get your money refunded. This refund request can't be materialized once you have requested the final file formats or when the designers have delivered multiple revisions of the logo that you choose. Please note that you can only request a refund within 2 weeks of placing an order. You order will not be entitled for a refund if it is more than 2 weeks old. Rush packages (1 business day turnaround) are non-refundable.
Final Deliveries
1. Upon completion of your project, your final files will be sent via email for immediate use.
2. You will receive your logo files in a vector format (AI, EPS) and high resolution TIFF (print-ready) and in to web-ready file formats (JPEG, GIFF). Additional files are available upon request.
Additional Work
Should the client require additional services beyond the scope of the package purchased (either concurrently with the project or at a later date), the client will be provided with a price list for such changes. Additional work will be done after pre-paying add on services in full.
Ownership/Copyrights
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. LogoChefs retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of LogoChefs. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the Client's order for $100.00.
Trademarks and Service marks
LogoChefs expects the Client to perform researching on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image. LogoChefs is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
